Top Frames
For decades, wooden top frames have been used to stabilize the distribution of bulk containers such as glass and plastic bottles or metal cans. However, in their wake, wooden top frames have left unsanitary debris and high replacement costs. Rehrig Pacific Company now offers injection molded plastic top frames that provide clear advantages over both wooden and other plastic designs.
 
The patented Rehrig Top Frame features a solid four-sided, box beam design with encapsulated ribs that eliminate dirt traps thereby addressing one of the filling industry's biggest concerns, that of bringing hazardous debris into the filling line. In addition, our 1.0 in. (25.4mm) thickness ensures maximum height unit loads in trailers.

Bulk Pallets
Rehrig has significantly improved the working parameters for bulk pallets used by container manufacturers for the canning and filling industry. Enhancements in manufacturing process, materials, and design have created a higher set of standards for performance and longevity.

The HuskyLite® Bulk Pallet has the required stiffness along with superior impact resistance compared to structural foam pallets in use today. This was accomplished by combining high-pressure injection molding expertise with a specially compounded co-polymer polypropylene resin
 
The key difference is the 2-piece pallet design, without separate connectors, that behaves like a 1-piece pallet providing tremendous durability and eliminating repair costs. In addition, the easily washed flow-through design for the top deck and columns significantly reduces traps that can collect water and debris.
 
The highly chamfered edges around the perimeter allow for more efficient distribution of strap tension on the pallet and the load.
